Maple Tahini Dressing

Dressings are essential to creating a delicious tossed salad or even as a sauce for roasted vegetables. However, so many store-bought dressings are full of inflammatory oils and poor ingredients. This maple tahini dressing only takes a few minutes to whip up and adds a perfectly balanced, creamy, and slightly nutty flavor to any dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sunnymede Farms maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt + pepper
  • 3 – 5 tablespoons of water

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mason jar, beside the water. Gradually add in the water, starting with 3 tablespoons of water.
  2. Secure the lid on the mason jar and shake vigorously until everything is combined. You may need more water if it is too thick. Slowly add in by the tablespoon until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Store in the fridge to use throughout the week. (It may start to solidify in the fridge, simply give it a stir and let sit out to warm up.)
